How to Order Online:

To browse through our active products simply scroll down on our home page here.
Add the product to your shopping cart
When you have found a product that you like the look of, add
it to your shopping cart by clicking on the "add-to-cart" button. The site will then navigate to the shopping
cart and you'll be able to see the item in your cart in addition to any you have already added as well as adjust the quantity required.
In the shopping
cart, you can also select your country and postcode in order
to obtain an estimated postage/handling charge.
You can then leave the shopping cart page and continue shopping
until you have added all of the required items.
Review your cart
To navigate to your shopping cart, just click
on the "View Cart" link shown on the right hand side of any page
within the site.
BuyFive often reward frequent shoppers with promotions
and other special offers, via means of a "discount code". The discount code can be entered into the shopping cart in order to redeem your discount or other promotion.
When happy with the contents of your cart, you may continue
your purchase by clicking on the 'checkout' button.
Sign-in or Register
On your way to the checkout, you'll be asked to sign-in (if
you haven't already) or to register a new account. Registering
is required so that we have your contact details in order
to send your order. It's also handy for the next time you
order as you won't need to enter all of your details again.
BuyFive also send out special offers to our registered
members.
Complete your transaction
Once you have signed-in, the checkout has the following simple
steps:
1 - Confirm contact details
2 - Review order and select payment option
3 - Enter payment information and submit order for processing
That's it! You will then be able to print an order confirmation
and will receive an email regarding your order. BuyFive
will process your order and dispatch it as soon as possible (please allow up to 14 days). You can monitor your order
status (including details of the freight company and tracking number) in your myAccount section.

Cheque:
We accept cheques for order payment, however these will require
clearance before you order will be sent. If you are not using
our online shopping facility for your order but would like
to pay via cheque, then please contact us to confirm the correct
amount including postage/handling.
Direct Deposit:
Direct Deposit is accepted for our orders and an option to
use this payment method is provided at the online checkout,
upon which time the details will be given. If you are not
using our online shopping facility for your order but would
like to pay via Direct deposit, then please contact us for
the correct amount and bank details.
Telephone:
At the checkout, there is a telephone payment option. Select
this option if you'd like to call through your credit card
details instead of submitting them online, or to discuss our
payment options further.

BuyFive requires that you provide your delivery and contact details in order to process your order. We do this by asking you to create a full BuyFive Account.
To reduce the risk of missing out on your products, we recommend that you create
an account on buyfive.com.au in advance of using the checkout. While you are typing in your address and contact information in the checkout somebody else may be purchasing the last of the product you are after!

opportunity to receive our newsletters and specials information,

Shipping and Delivery Information
Secure and trackable delivery:
Our courier delivery provides for secure and trackable delivery of your BuyFive purchases. Please allow up to 14 days to receive your order.
You can monitor your order
status (including details of the freight company and tracking number) in your myAccount section.
PO Boxes:
Our courier service can delivery to PO Boxes. If you have a PO Box then using this as your delivery address will avoid any problems with you not being home to accept delivery.

12-Month Product Warranty
Should a product purchased from BuyFive fail within 12 months of purchase, we will repair
or replace the product for you provided it has been used within any limits
and ratings.
Please email or call BuyFive to discuss your problem and after we confirm your warranty you will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorisation number
(RMA). Goods returned without an RMA may incur a return freight
charge should they be found to have no fault.
